After working in the fitness profession for 10 years, I noticed two main reasons people didn’t start or continue with their body transformations. Specifically, a lack of time and/or unrealistic life-long goals.

I too trained the long, scenic way. In early 2015, I was setting up and running 3 other businesses alongside 40-60 Personal Training sessions per week. I was doing a lot, but I wasn’t achieving a lot. The more I did, the less time I had to do things properly, until I got burnt out and achieved nothing. My health, body, and lifestyle suffered.

I knew there was a better way to be a successful entrepreneur while still maintaining a great body and enjoying the finer things in life.
